Ground Breaking on Playfield a Success

The historic ground breaking marked the beginning of the construction on the new playfield.  Thanks to the generosity of our parents and friends over $400,000 was raised to cover the cost in full of this project.  Once completed the new school playfield will give the school a place for playbreak, PE and will help jump start many new athletic opportunities for the school. Great efforts were made in the design to ensure that as few trees as possible will be lost so that the area will be as natural and peaceful as possible.  The field will be surrounded by a nature trail.
