Open House TREMENDOUS Success!!

On Saturday, January 24th, Heritage hosted a second Open House for parents interested in enrolling their students for the 2009-2010 school year. Middle School students and teachers toured prospective parents though the school, answered questions, and gave personal insights into what makes a Heritage education different and special. Mr. Dennis Howie, a Heritage parent, shared his reasons for choosing the School for his children, emphasizing the desire to find a school with "like-minded" parents. Head of School, Rev. Dr. Davies Owens, presented an overview of the School's unique perspective on education by emphasizing how students are taught to "Think with Excellence," "Believe with Confidence," and "Live with Character." Following these presentations, parents were invited to spend time with individual classroom teachers, administrators, and current parents.
