Director of Admissions and Placement
I have one of the best jobs in the school as Director of Admissions and Placement. As a former kindergarten teacher for six years and mother of three teen-age daughters, I am very famiiar with different children's needs and personalities. Few environments are more ideally suited for children and families than Heritage. It is my job to work with our Admissions team and ensure that we can best serve a family and meet their unique needs. I have a BA in History and Humanites from Converse College and also appreciate the importance of higher education and what it means to be well prepared. Therefore, a significant part of my work is ensuring that our graduates are suitably placed into the top schools in Atlanta, and we have a strong track record for having done just that!
When I'm not at Heritage I can be found co-hosting the television show, "Goodnews-TV", with my husband, Don. We were even nominated for an Emmy award!
