Tuition & Financial Aid
As an independent school, Heritage Preparatory School is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The money needed to operate the school comes in the form of tuition, fees, and contributions. Tuition and fees are approved by the Board of Trustees each January.
Application Fee
A $100 application fee is due with each new application. The application fee is nonrefundable.
Tuition (2010-2011)
Enrichment I - $4,500
Enrichment II - $7,500
Classes 1-2 - $12,430
Classes 3-5 - $12,970
Classes 6-8 - $13,310
Payment
Tuition is due in two equal payments on the following dates:
- Returning students: February 5, 2010 and July 23, 2010
- New students: April 16, 2010 and July 23, 2010
- Enrichment classes: Full tuition due with enrollment
Tuition does not include all costs which may be incurred by the family. Examples of additional costs are: transportation to and from school, lunches, uniforms, various student activities, special field trips, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Note: Families are obligated to follow their payment plan in a timely manner. A one and one-half percent (1.5%) late fee is assessed for each month that tuition is in arrears. The parent or guardian shall pay for all costs and collection.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available for students at all age levels and is based solely on need. Admissions decisions are made independently of financial need. If you are requesting financial aid, please check the appropriate box on the front of the application form (page 1), and the proper financial aid forms will be automatically mailed to you.
