School Hours and Schedule
Heritage believes in the significance of family time and involvement in the adventure of learning. Our shorter-than-average school days allow students more time at home for work and with their families, as well as for extracurricular activities.

Lunch
Students in Enrichment III, and Classes 1 and 2 bring lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students in classes 3-8 bring their lunches every day or purchase hot lunches that the school offers. We do not allow students to bring carbonated beverages or candy.
Devotions
Monday through Thursday, we devote the first 20 minutes of the school day to Bible reading, discussion, and prayer. The School systematically reads through the Bible every four years. In addition, students receive a Bible reading schedule each month. We strongly encourage parents to read and discuss the Bible passages at home.
Chapel
Every Friday, the school holds a 30-minute chapel for the entire day school student body. Parents, family members, and guests are always welcome at Chapel.
Play Break
There is a 15-20 minute daily play period for Enrichment and Classes 1-5, providing the students an opportunity for short recreation under faculty supervision. Physical Education is offered four times a week.
