Heritage is a community of faith and learning where students love to learn and staff are nurtured spiritually and developed professionally. Committed to excellence in every endeavor, Heritage staff are dedicated to investing their gifts and talents to Kingdom work that is both satisfying and lasting. Heritage believes in the significant impact that teachers have on their students. As such, we hire and nurture teachers and staff who want to join a community of mature Christians who are dedicated and passionate about their work. Because we are committed to attracting and retaining gifted and qualified teachers and staff who demonstrate a love for God, for children, for learning, and for teaching, we spend a great deal of time recruiting and assessing potential candidates. Once hired, we commit ourselves to support and train our staff in further developing as classical Christian educators.
