Middle School at Heritage: Where Wisdom Takes Root

During these years, students are challenged to think deeply, lead faithfully, and grow in confidence as they continue to discover who they are and who God is creating them to be.

Our program is designed to support students through the crucial middle years of development—academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. With increased rigor and deeper classroom discussion, students begin applying the habits and virtues they have been cultivating, all within a Christ-centered environment that honors both truth and grace.

Grades 7 and 8 are designed to strengthen identity, sharpen intellect, and shape character.

Through formal logic, the Socratic method, and rich classroom dialogue, they learn to reason with clarity, speak with purpose, and pursue wisdom rooted in truth. Our faculty walk closely with students during this transformative season—offering steady guidance, intentional encouragement, and loving accountability. Beyond the classroom, students embrace opportunities in leadership, athletics, fine arts, and service, discovering their God-given gifts and learning to use them for the good of others and the glory of God.

Foundations at Heritage Preparatory School

Over the course of their Class 6 to Class 12 years, Heritage students learn a foundational set of business, financial, and life skills that will prepare them to confidently navigate a post-Christian marketplace.

At Heritage, we believe students should graduate with both wisdom and practical skills for life beyond the classroom.

Foundations is a signature upper school program for students in Classes 6 through 12 that equips them with essential business, financial, and life skills.

Through Foundations, students learn how to think wisely, steward resources faithfully, and engage a post-Christian marketplace with confidence and character.

The program is thoughtfully woven throughout all upper school grade levels (6th through 12th), ensuring students are prepared not only for college, but for lives of purpose and leadership.
