Summer Camp & Club Offerings

From chess to drama, our clubs and summer camps offer students opportunities to explore interests, build friendships, and grow in character outside the classroom. Programs are available for all grade levels and vary by semester.

Athletics Program

Heritage offers a variety of athletic programs designed to foster teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness. Our student-athletes have the opportunity to participate in competitive sports while growing in character and faith

Order School Lunches

Students enjoy delicious lunch options throughout the week from local favorites like Chick-fil-A, Little Rey, and Chopt. Orders can be placed easily through our online lunch portal and will be billed directly through FACTS.

Monday Memo

The Monday Memo is Heritage Preparatory School’s weekly newsletter that keeps you informed and connected. Each edition includes upcoming events, important reminders, athletic highlights, and campus news to help your family start the week prepared.

Uniform Guidelines and Purchasing

Uniforms may be purchased at Flynn O’Hara and/or Lands’ End. Backpacks and gym bags are ordered through LL Bean Direct. EI students are required to have shoes with velcro or no tie shoelaces. INMAKER makes no tie shoelaces and is available through Amazon. Students in C9- C12 may select a backpack of their choosing within certain guidelines.

Family Devotions

Family devotions are a meaningful way to center your home on Christ. Whether it is five minutes around the breakfast table or a quiet moment before bed, setting aside time to read Scripture, pray, and reflect together nurtures spiritual growth and strengthens family bonds. It is not about perfection. It is about presence, consistency, and inviting the Lord into your daily rhythms.

Uniform Requirements

Uniforms and accessories:

We offer gently worn uniforms at a bargain price! Sales are held periodically throughout the year.

We are excited to partner with three local restaurants for this year’s daily lunch offerings:

Monday: Little Rey

Tuesday & Thursday: Chopt

Wednesday & Friday: Chick-fil-A

Families may begin placing orders on the first day of school!

Please note:

All orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. the day of.
To honor our vendor partnerships, outside food delivery services are not permitted.
Only bottled water may be included with lunch orders.

Carpool Procedures & Diagram

Each family is assigned a unique carpool number that will remain the same throughout their time at Heritage. New lower school families will receive their carpool hang tags in their Parent Night packets.

Please view the carpool procedure diagram here. During arrival and dismissal, please stop at the designated cones as directed. Once your child is safely in the car, remain in place and wait patiently for the line to move forward. For the safety of all families, do not pull around other vehicles during carpool. Our team will be ready to guide and assist you during the first weeks to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
