Apogee - GA Tax Credit
Through our partnership with the Apogee Scholarship Fund, you can contribute to the Financial Aid program at Heritage and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit off your Georgia state taxes. Your contribution is held in a fund managed by Apogee for Heritage to help eligible students who, otherwise, would not be able to afford full tuition. Think of it as prepaying taxes you already owe to the state and giving them to Heritage. You
receive 100% credit on your state tax return for the full amount of your contribution. Registration takes less than 5 minutes.

Participation is fast and easy. Here’s how:

Apogee will submit your information to the Department of Revenue in early January 2026 to secure approval. Once approved, you will have 60 days to make your contribution, with the payment deadline likely in early March 2026.
Apogee, a Student Scholarship Organization (SSO), will stay in touch throughout the application process. They will notify you when your application is approved and provide payment details.

Please Note
Participation in the Georgia Private School Tax Credit Program is not a charitable donation to Heritage Preparatory School. Instead, it is a redirection of tax liability you already owe to the state of Georgia. We also invite you to consider contributing to The Heritage Fund each year to help us continue providing the Christ-centered, classical education that makes Heritage unique.
